My name is Linda T. Ball.  I am an Assistant Teacher at Fair Elementary. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child Development from Tougaloo College, Tougaloo, MS.
I am married to Willie Ball and we have two adult sons Kendrick and Jarrad Ball. I am a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy shopping, traveling and watching movie.

 I enjoy keeping myself busy and put extra effort in my tasks. I enjoy working with others and able to work unsupervised. I am reliable, and I strive to always keep a positive attitude. For the past nineteen plus years I taught in the Winston County Complex Head Start Program.

I am excited to be a part of a group of elite educators at Fair Elementary School.

Melinda Fuller
I earned my teaching degree at Mississippi State University in 2004.  I have been teaching for nine years.  I am married to Robby Fuller.  We have three children and four grandchildren.

My name is Jill Pearson.  I have an associate degree from Hinds Community College.  This is my eighth year at Fair Elementary School where I am the school secretary.  My husband’s name is Dustin Pearson.  We have been married for thirteen years.  Dustin and I are legal guardians to a fourteen year old boy, Phillip Hainsey.  We love children and hope to one day adopt an infant.  We have two pets, a boxer named Bosco and a cat named Smokey.   Our family attends West Union Presbyterian Church.  We enjoy helping others, watching movies, riding four wheelers, and boating
